1. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be issued only if:

• No work has started on your project
• You request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment

2. Non-Refundable Services:

We do not offer refunds for the following:

• Work already initiated or completed
• Google Ads spend or third-party fees
• Monthly subscription or management fees
• Services delivered as agreed

Digital marketing results can vary, and no outcome can be guaranteed. Payments made for ad campaigns directly through Google, Meta, or other platforms are non-refundable.

3. Project Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel a service:

• You must submit a written request
• Work already completed will be deducted from any eligible refund

4. Chargebacks:

Filing a false chargeback will result in service termination and legal action if required.
